Sometimes your browser can end up with a broken state that makes it impossible to use Vaam. This can manifest as pages not loading, not being able to login, or other issues. First, you should try this list of actions to resolve the problem:

  1. Log out and log in to Vaam again

  2. Restart your browser

  3. Restart your computer

Reset cache and cookies

  1. Open your browser

  2. Browse to chrome://settings/content/all? (you need to copy and paste the link)

  3. Make sure it says "vaam" in the search box (1 in the image below).

  4. Click "Remove all shown" (2 in the image below)

  5. Click "Clear all" in the popup dialog

  6. Restart your browser

  7. Login to Vaam
